We met with Congresswoman Ann Wagner to share our personal experiences with Alzheimer’s and discuss ways we can partner together. Having helped thousands of families with in home dementia care over the years, we truly understand just how terrible Alzheimer’s and related dementias can be and how much they impact everyone involved who is caring for the person with AD. Over 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s and there is still a long way to go on the path to discovering scientific breakthroughs in prevention and effective treatment. We appreciate the Congresswoman’s concern and support for efforts as we work to gain support to fund additional research for a cure and treatments for Alzheimer’s. #alzassociation #endalz
