What Does Employer of Choice Mean?

The  2026 Employer of Choice award is granted to agencies whose Care Professionals report high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and workplace support.

To qualify, agencies must meet strict criteria, including:

• Maintaining a high Overall Satisfaction score, typically 8.75 or higher
• Demonstrating consistent feedback collection over a minimum period
• Achieving strong participation rates in employee surveys
• Maintaining high caregiver engagement and retention metrics

For 2026, all four Assistance Home Care offices earned this distinction, among only 19 home care agencies in Missouri.
