This recognition places Assistance Home Care among a very small group of senior care providers in Missouri who consistently meet the highest standards for quality, compassion, and client satisfaction. In 2026, only nine senior care companies in the state of Missouri earned this distinction.

The Caring Super Star Award is one of the senior care industry’s most respected recognitions because it is entirely based on verified client and family reviews. To qualify for the 2026 award, senior care agencies must meet rigorous criteria, including:

• At least 15 published reviews on their Caring.com listing by the annual deadline

• An overall average rating of 4.5 stars or higher across all reviews

• Ongoing positive feedback, including a minimum number of recent reviews within the past year

• Multiple 5-star reviews, demonstrating consistent excellence throughout the year

• Responsive engagement, including published responses to any 1-star  or 2-star reviews across all time

These standards ensure the award reflects real experiences from real families, not marketing claims.
