Chicagoland Senior In Home Care

Helping Seniors & Elderly Age-In-Place with Assistance

Need help caring for an aging parent or a loved one in the Chicagoland area? What happens when elderly parents need care that falls outside of what one’s spouse, family or friends can provide? Well, families often turn to professional home care agencies and their team of Caregivers or Care Professionals who are trained and certified in providing personal care at home. For many seniors, choosing to live at home rather than in a nursing facility is the right option. We help families every day to navigate the journey of aging for their loved ones and assist them with staying supported at home instead of transitioning to an alternative senior living community.

Assistance Home Care’s services are designed with the individual needs of your family in mind. Let’s face it, most adults don’t know what all is involved in providing care for an older person or aging parent. Our team works around the clock to help families keep their loved ones at home by coordinating Caregiver Schedules in the home and actively managing one’s plan of care to stay safe and supported at home. As a family-owned home care company, we are proud to offer our families customized care plans and schedules that will provide you with as much or as little care that is necessary for your aging loved one to enjoy living independently and safely at home. Assistance Home Care specializes in Dementia, Alzheimer’s, and Movement Disorder Care for seniors throughout the Greater Chicagoland Area.

If you are looking for a way to help your loved one age-in-place with the support of a Care Professional, contact us today and request a complimentary in-home care assessment.
