Each year, our Employee Experience Survey gives our Team the opportunity to openly share what’s working well, where we can improve, and what additional support or resources would help them succeed. Rather than treating the survey as a formality, we treat it as a roadmap for growth and innovation.
Over the years, feedback from our Team has directly shaped many of the initiatives, programs, and benefits we’ve introduced across Assistance Home Care. From expanded training opportunities and career growth pathways to Daily & Weekly Pay options, enhanced benefits, appreciation initiatives, and additional support resources, many of these improvements began with our Team sharing their experiences and ideas.
We are especially passionate about creating opportunities for Care Professionals to grow and thrive within their role.
