- What is the scheduling like for caregivers?
- Scheduling is flexible to accommodate the availability of our caregivers. Schedules are based on availability & skill set match with clients.
- Do caregivers have to work weekends or holidays?
- Caregivers are required to work mutually agreed upon weekends and holidays on a rotational basis.

- We carefully assess the needs and preferences of both our clients and caregivers to ensure compatibility and a positive caregiving experience.

- 12 hour days (7am-7pm)

- Caregivers have access to ongoing support from our local care management team and 24/7 on-call assistance for any emergencies or concerns.
- Are there opportunities for additional training or certifications?
- Yes, we offer our Caregivers the opportunity to pursue their CARES Dementia Specialist (C.D.S.) certification through HCInteractive, we also incentivize this opportunity with a bonus upon completion.
- Additional training can be requested at any time by caregivers who wish to learn more about a topic or care technique. All training is paid at hourly rate.
