Mi C., St. Louis County Nominee
For over two decades, Mi has devoted her life to caring for others with grace and humility. Having immigrated from Korea in 1986, she carries with her a deep cultural value of honoring elders… something she has poured into her work here at Assistance Home Care. Today, Mi supports her client with 24/7 care, working overnight shifts that bring immense reassurance during the most intimate hours of the day. Overnight caregivers like Mi give clients the comfort of knowing someone is there, and families the priceless gift of peace of mind to rest easy. Her presence is not only steady, but transformative, bringing dignity and joy back into the lives of those she serves. We were blessed to meet Mi through a simple Craigslist post years ago, and since then she has been honored as one of our Care Pros of the Month. Now, we are proud to nominate her for National Recognition through the Home Care Association of America’s 2025 Caregiver of the Year Award. Mi, your selflessness inspires us all.
