Overall Satisfaction (OSAT) Score 8.75+: Our Care Professionals consistently rate their satisfaction levels with us above 8.75, indicating a high degree of contentment and fulfillment in their roles.
Minimum of 12 Employee Surveys: We actively seek feedback from our caregivers, ensuring that their voices are heard and their opinions valued.
Less Than 15% on “Do Not Solicit” List: We take pride in the fact that less than 15% of our caregivers choose not to be contacted for further opportunities, a testament to their loyalty and satisfaction with us.
Actively Survey Caregivers for at Least Six Consecutive Months: Our commitment to gathering feedback is ongoing and continuous, reflecting our dedication to constant improvement and evolution.
